Our Pastry team’s decadent Macaron flight highlights three African cocoa origins in which lovebird species flourish. Nine deeply chocolatey Macarons feature a trio of velvety, single-origin ganaches, sandwiched between delicate Camino Verde, Ecuador chocolate shells. Each origin offers distinctive tasting notes; and as a trio, the ganaches showcase a remarkable range of flavors — we recommend tasting side by side for the fullest experience.

Lisa developed these tender Macarons for Valentine's Day, calling them “Lovebird Macarons” in tribute to lovebirds — affectionate creatures long considered a symbol of love and devotion. The Valentine Macarons were so popular, Lisa and her team now bake them year-round, for sharing with loved ones of all stripes.
