Shipping Options

  • Standard Shipping (USPS Priority Mail): Complimentary; does not deliver on Sundays.
  • Expedited Shipping (FedEx 2-Day): Does not deliver on Saturdays or Sundays.
  • Overnight Shipping (FedEx Overnight): Includes Saturday delivery.

Online orders will typically arrive within three to eight business days via standard Priority Mail. Once your order departs our factory, you will receive a notification with tracking information. Please note, delivery dates for standard shipping cannot be guaranteed.

Order Processing Time

If you select standard shipping please allow 2-3 business days for us to process your order before it leaves our warehouse. Our daily cut-off for Expedited shipments is 12 noon, Pacific Time. Orders placed after this time will ship the following business day. Expedited delivery times are based on business days (Monday through Friday). We do not ship orders on Fridays to prevent weekend holdovers.

Order Processing Times during the Holidays

Processing time may extend during high-volume periods, including holidays like Christmas (November through December), Valentine’s Day (February), and Easter (March through April). During these periods, all orders, including Expedited shipments, may require up to three additional business days for processing. 

Warm-Weather Shipments

From Monday through 12 noon on Wednesday, standard shipping orders will ship within 48 hours. Orders placed after 12 p.m. on Wednesday will ship the following Monday. During warm weather, we will pack your chocolate with ice and insulated packaging at no additional cost to prevent melting.

Shipments Returned Due to Incorrect Addresses

We don't offer exchanges for perishable food items. If your order arrives melted or spoiled, we'll gladly provide a replacement. As our products are made in limited batches, delays may occur based on our production schedule, and we will notify you in advance if that happens.

Shipments Returned Due to Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly, including any suite or apartment numbers. If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the guest, the following applies:

  • Re-shipment Fee: A $15 fee will be charged for re-shipping the order to the corrected address.
  • No Responsibility for Lost Packages: We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
