Merging favorite elements of holiday panettone with the shareable presentation of a full tart, we elevate rich frangipane filling with elegant pistachios (rather than almonds); and sprinkle house-candied oranges and local dried currants throughout, eliciting memories of traditional panettone. Fudgy, melted 70% Camino Verde, Ecuador chocolate is swirled into the pistachio frangipane, then the whole is inlaid with tender seasonal pears. The tart is finished with a soft dusting of powdered sugar.
