For Valentine’s Day, Lisa pays homage to three affectionate, pair-bonding lovebird species — each native to an African cocoa origin — with a trio of delicate, ganache-filled macaron varieties. Highlighting beans sourced from the origin locales in which the birds flourish, nine deeply chocolatey macarons feature three distinctive, velvety single-origin ganaches sandwiched between rich Camino Verde, Ecuador chocolate shells. These tender macarons are ideal for sharing with your lovebird (or enjoying yourself); we encourage you to taste each variety side by side for the fullest experience.

Storage instructions:

Store in fridge and let come to room temperature for 30 minutes before enjoying. Your macarons will stay fresh for 4-5 days after arrival.

In 2013, we began creating pastries at our small first chocolate factory on Valencia Street. The kitchen there was so tiny, it barely fit three people: Lisa, Mary, and Roman. Since then, our team has grown, and now we have two kitchens, one in San Francisco and one in Las Vegas. Our team travels the world to explore different cocoa origins, and to visit bakeries, restaurants, and events seeking inspiration for new recipes that best highlight our single-origin chocolate.
