When first introduced to Betty Petrova through our 2023 Advent Calendar, we were dazzled by her confections’ paper-thin shells and inventive fillings. For our second full collaboration, Betty creates bright, lively flavor profiles that remind us of springtime. She thoughtfully sources fragrant petals, fruits, seeds, and herbs at peak freshness from farms across the Northeast, and imports a few special ingredients from her home country of Bulgaria — then hand-crafts velvety bonbons that transport us to a sunny garden, lush with fruit and floral aromas.
