After a three-year break from a long tenure in the pastry industry, Lisa Schoenbeck started Good Good Chocolates in Philadelphia in 2016. Taking its name from a play on the French word bon (which translates to “good”), and with a dedication to confectionary bonbons, Good Good Chocolates creates chocolates rooted in European tradition, with a modern twist. With a belief that there is no such thing as too much thought put into a single bite — and directly inspired by the aesthetics of modern art — Good Good aims for balance. Their goal is to nurture the joy that chocolate brings.
