Cocoa Cream Tart

Baked fresh to order; serves 810 people

A tender, buttery, cocoa nib-studded almond sablé shell is filled with creamy, 70% Camino Verde, Ecuador chocolate custard, and baked until just set. Melted, tempered Camino Verde, Ecuador chocolate garnishes the Tart’s perimeter.

Tarts are made to order, and require 48-hour advance ordering (for pickup Monday through Friday).

This nine-inch Tart serves eight to 10, and is best enjoyed within two to three days of pickup. Store in the refrigerator in an airtight container.

Contains: tree nuts (almonds), milk
