We were introduced to Betty Petrova in 2023 through our annual Advent Calendar, and were dazzled by her confections’ paper-thin shells and inventive flavor profiles. For our first full collaboration, Betty crafts a beguiling array of international flavors, presented in eight confectionery postcards inspired by global cultures. Varied ingredients harmonize in each bonbon, just as people from differing backgrounds celebrate love. 

Much like a diverse gathering around a shared table, this Collection honors unity, through a unique fusion of spices, fruits, and nuts blended into silky ganaches, smooth caramels, and crisp pralinés.
