HANAMI COLLECTION
This bonbon collection, while crafted here in San Francisco, celebrates the flavors of Japan, drawing inspiration from Sakura Matsuri (Cherry Blossom Festival) and the custom of hanami (blossom viewing).

FROM KURAMAE TO SAN FRANCISCO
We launched Dandelion Chocolate Japan in collaboration with Seiji Horibuchi in 2016. Seiji frequented our Valencia Street café, and we developed an immediate rapport based on our shared love of chocolate. He proposed taking our chocolate international by building a factory in Kuramae, old Tokyo — an area known for artisan workshops and a craft culture. Today, our Tokyo team continues to make bars, confections, and pastries, and we are fortunate to receive small batches that we may offer stateside.
KIND WORDS FROM OUR GUESTS

I don't understand why I have ever eaten other chocolate when I could have been eating this!

The artistry of the chocolates, as well as the experience of unboxing was unparalleled.

It is a testament to our ability of our fortitude that we have refrained from eating more than one caramel a day from your otherworldly Single-Origin Caramel Collection. They are insanely delectable.

I am a huge fan and am so-o-o spoiled by your chocolates that I would rather have no chocolate than have any other!

Nobody uses the kind of nuts you do in your pralinés. Wow!

My friend was absolutely blown away by the seasonal trio from the shipping to the packaging to the vials, so much so that she subsequently ordered gift boxes for her Christmas list.
