Inspired by favorite childhood spring confections, Nicholas and our Confections team hand-craft six diminutive chocolate eggs showcasing three enticing seasonal fillings: carrot-kumquat jelly with velvety crème fraîche ganache; textural almond praliné with silky coconut caramel and toasted coconut; and salty-sweet peanut praliné with malted-chocolate ganache. Each petite egg is shelled in our creamy, mellow 70% Tumaco, Colombia chocolate, naturally colored to resemble a dainty real pastel heirloom egg.
