Treat yourself — or someone you're thinking about — to a year-long bonbon subscription: five sets of bonbons delivered throughout 2025. Upon joining, you (or your gift recipient) will receive the first shipment — accompanied by a note informing of the seasonal deliveries to come.

Each delivery includes a set of our house-made bonbons (they could be truffles, caramels, pralinés, or a mix … each set is unique). A gift for the ultimate chocolate devotee, this is an opportunity to enjoy our curated collections throughout the year. After all, there should always be chocolate in the house!

The first collection will be sent immediately upon purchase; the remaining four collections will ship in March, June, September, and November (between the 10th and 15th of each month).

Will accommodations be made for allergies?

Although we are not able to make allergy accommodations, many of our products are free of both nuts and gluten, and we will provide detailed ingredients and allergen information with each shipment, so that treats may be enjoyed accordingly.

when will each month’s surprise be shipped?

We will aim to ship parcels out the second week of the month of each season’s shipment, around the 15th, though we may make adjustments around certain holidays.

will i receive a notification before each monthly parcel ships?

Yes, you will receive a separate shipping notification for each seasonal shipment.

Head Chocolatier Nicholas Bonamico, with Assistant Head Chocolatier Dillon Zell, runs Dandelion’s Confections program; their small team produces our Single-Origin Collections, Single-Origin Chocolate Nut Spreads, and seasonal confections by hand. Nicholas takes inspiration from the abundance of locally grown California produce to create elegant confections that tell a story. His ultimate mission is to honor and showcase the farmers and producers behind each ingredient, through origin-focused, indulgent "mementos" to savor.
