Nibby Maple Yule Log

Baked to order, serves 8-10 people

Inspired by a French bûche de Noël, our festive, roulade-cake Yule Log evokes a wintry walk in the woods. A light, rich layer of maple-drenched, cocoa-nib-studded chiffon cake is rolled with  whipped maple-chocolate ganache, and mascarpone mousse dotted with huckleberries, then topped with a nibby chocolate shell, and finished with flakes of gold leaf. Each cake is hand-baked freshly to order in our San Francisco pastry kitchen.

How to Order for Pickup

  1. At checkout choose your desired pickup date and time.
  2. We’ll notify you when your order is ready to pickup with more information about where to go and where to park.
  3. Stop by our café at our 16th Street Factory in the Mission District and pick up your order.

“Magic Shell”: 70% chocolate (cocoa beans from Camino Verde, Ecuador), cocoa nibs (cocoa beans from Costa Emeraldas, Ecuador), coconut oil, cocoa butter
