Lisa’s buttery almond shell — crisped with bits of Costa Esmeraldas, Ecuador cocoa nibs — is filled with glossy, fragrant pumpkin custard; topped with rich 70% Camino Verde, Ecuador chocolate-caramel ganache; finished with delicate maple chantilly cream; and garnished with house-made chocolate toasted-pepita granola. You won’t want to miss this limited-edition, harvest-season indulgence.
