Our Bars, Bonbons, & Butter Toffee collection is carefully curated to showcase (and complement!) the buttery, caramel, and toffee flavor notes inherent to certain cocoa origins. This curation features a flight of five single-origin chocolate bars, each selected for its classically chocolatey, toffee, and caramel aromas. To pair these notes we selected a duo of sweet-salty, creamy-crispy Christopher Elbow bonbons — highlighting macadamias and hazelnuts and paired with House Blend chocolate, Nibby Toffee covered in our 70% Zorzal Comunitario, Dominican Republic chocolate, and accented with nutty, toasted cocoa nibs,and finally, smooth, buttery, fluid Sea Salt Caramels — flecked with vanilla bean, accented with fleur de sel, and encased in our classically chocolatey Camino Verde, Ecuador chocolate.
